- If your scanner becomes unresponsive, start by following the cord to the workstation and unplugging it from the USB port on the back of the workstation. Make note of which port it is plugged into, it will need to be inserted into the same port. Once it’s been removed, wait approximately 30 seconds, then plug it back in. You should hear a beep acknowledging that it is recognized and functioning.
- If after that, the scanner is still not functioning properly, restart the computer by shutting down and rebooting.
- If after a reboot, the scanner is still working, please reset the scanner using the bar code below. The following bar code resets all standard product default settings:
