Your password remains the same

You may need to restart or re-authenticate on some devices or apps
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Outlook on the Web (OWA)

Open a browser and go to: https://outlook.office.com

Sign in using your new email address:
first.last@wnp.org -
Enter your existing password

If prompted, approve sign-in via MFA or authenticator app
2. Outlook Desktop App (Windows or Mac)
You may be prompted automatically to re-authenticate, or you may need to remove and re-add your account.
Option A: Re-authenticate

When prompted, enter your new email address

Enter your existing password
-
Restart Outlook if needed
Option B: Remove and Re-add Account (if issues persist)

Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings

Select your old account and click Remove
-
Click Add Account, enter your new email address, and proceed with login

Restart Outlook
3. Mobile Devices (iPhone, Android)
Option A: Automatic Prompt
-
Some devices will prompt you to sign in again—use your new email address and same password
Option B: Manually Update Account

Go to your phone's Email / Accounts settings
-
Select your current work account
-
Update the username/email field to your new address
-
Save and re-authenticate if prompted
Option C: Remove and Re-Add (if needed)

Remove the old account from your device
-
Add a new Microsoft 365 or Exchange account

Use your new email address and current password
4. Microsoft 365 Online Apps (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)

Open any Office app or go to https://www.office.com

Sign out if your old address is still active

Sign back in using your new email address
-
Use your existing password
-
Reconnect OneDrive and Teams if prompted
5. Re-authenticate Connected Services (Optional)
-
MFA/Auth app may request re-approval
- Check any third-party services (e.g., Zoom, ADP, KnowBe4, WNPA Academy) that use your email address for SSO
