RetailPro Reports will use the default printer's settings when generating a new report. This can create issues when the default printer uses non-standard dimensions, such as tag printers.
The most common solution to this issue is to set the default printer.
Steps to set the Default Printer
- Open the Start Menu (Windows button) and type in "Printer". Select the option labelled Printers and Scanners
- In this menu, first uncheck the "Let Windows manage my default printer" option.
- Select the printer you would like to set as default. Your printer model may vary, but the printer should use standard 8.5 x 11 inch printer paper.
If given the option, select Manage
- Select Set as default
Your device will now be set as the default printer for this computer. This should also fix any issues with RetailPro Report formatting.
